Description - What You'll Do

• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as needed.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, assist in training new staff or students, and help maintain high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health education, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain an active certification for the duration of your employment.
