About the Role
The Operations Specialist is a proactive multi-tasker with a strong customer service focus who enjoys supporting the smooth back-office operations of the business. They wear many hats including supporting sales, finance and accounting, and regularly engaging with customers on various items. The successful candidate collaborates well with external and internal business partners. They maintain strong and positive customer relationships and demonstrate a can-do attitude!

Our products are portable washroom facilities, washroom trailers, septic holding tanks, roll-off waste containers and various add-on items. So yeah, probably not what you’ve supported before.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact customers with short-term rental units approaching the end of their billing cycle to discuss rental extensions or arrange unit returns.
• Reach out to customers with overdue accounts to secure payment prior to delivery.
• Process and enter customer sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond promptly and professionally to a wide range of customer inquiries, requests and special instructions.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns, ensuring timely follow-up and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate, detailed customer records and document all communications and account activity within the company CRM/system.

Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years of experience in customer service roles; post-secondary education in related field considered an asset.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high volume customer calls, inquiries and issue resolution professionally.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Works well with others, as well as the ability to use sound independent judgment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to commute to work consistently.

Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: Fully Onsite
Pay: $23 - $24 per hour
