The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while assisting clients with eyewear selection, measurements, fittings, and other optical needs.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in selecting eyeglasses, frames, lenses, and other optical products based on their needs and preferencesTake accurate measurements and assist with frame fitting and adjustmentsExplain lens options, coatings, features, pricing, and proper eyewear careRead and interpret prescriptions accuratelyAssist with dispensing and releasing completed eyewear ordersEnsure eyewear is properly fitted, comfortable, and meets customer requirementsPerform basic repairs and adjustments when neededMaintain accurate customer and order recordsAssist with inventory management, product displays, and stock replenishmentProcess sales transactions and ensure accurate payment handlingProvide professional after-sales service and address customer concernsMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming optical areaWork closely with the team to ensure smooth daily store operationsQualificationsPrevious experience as an Optician, Optical Assistant, or Eyewear Sales Associate is preferredKnowledge of eyeglasses, lenses, frames, and basic optical terminologyStrong customer service and communication skillsDetail-oriented and able to perform accurate measurementsFriendly, professional, and approachableReliable, organized, and willing to learnComfortable working in a fast-paced retail environmentSales experience is an advantageWilling to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive compensationTraining and opportunities for professional developmentFriendly and supportive work environmentOpportunities to develop skills in optical services, sales, and customer careFull-time and part-time opportunities may be available
