RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer all incoming calls, respond to voicemails, texts and emails
• Book grooming appointments through our online system (Gingr)
• Input groom details into online system
• Manage cash, check and credit card transactions
• Safely transport dogs
• Have general knowledge of dog breeds and dog behavior
• Have general knowledge of all services offered at site and provide solutions to the clients' needs
• Respond promptly and troubleshoot any customer relations issues that may arise
• Daily cleaning tasks

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in using an online system (Gingr) to book grooming appointments
• Friendly, positive and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• General knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working with dogs of all sizes, breeds and ages
• Flexible schedule - able to start at 7am (End times will vary based on the time all dogs have been completed)
• Sundays OFF!
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
• Willing and eager to learn and improve skills
