Human Resources Coordinator

Job Description Enforce and educate employees on the company policies and procedures. Reviews timecards and verifies time off requests. Assist in employee insurance enrollment, additions, and deletions. Audit invoices for all company benefit plans. Update and maintain personnel related documentation, including employment and payroll records, employee benefit documentation, schedules, performance review, disciplinary actions, and separation documentation. Responsible for onboarding, including orientation. Manages temporary workforce by working directly with staffing agencies in relation to all hiring, replacement, time tracking, etc. Purchases of company office equipment, furniture and office supplies, and company event planning. All other duties as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr
