This entry‑level role includes an 18‑24 month on‑the‑job paid training program to learn all aspects of branch operations and management, followed by the chance to manage an assigned branch. Your main focus is helping customers meet their financial goals. You actively seek opportunities to originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers, recommending suitable consumer loan and voluntary product solutions, educating them on credit improvement and debt consolidation, guiding them through the loan application process, and making payment reminder calls when needed. Tasks include evaluating loan applications, performing risk analysis, making credit decisions, administering loan closings, processing insurance claims, and assisting the Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and developing sales plans to meet goals while promoting core values and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Requirements Bachelor's degree required; majors preferably Business, Finance, Sales or related field. 1+ year customer‑facing sales experience preferred but not required. Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment while navigating priorities. Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record. Must meet acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre‑employment drug screen. Eligibility for insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance products; eligibility based on a background check conducted by the state’s department of insurance. Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role; a full relocation package is provided for moves more than 50 miles.
