QA AnalystInsight Global is partnering with a leading global consulting firm to hire a QA Analyst for a large-scale Workday/ VMS initiative. This role is ideal for a QA professional with a strong background in both manual and automated testing with AI experience within SaaS-based enterprise applications, particularly Vendor Management, Procurement, or workforce management platforms.Key SkillsStrong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and Agile testing practices.Ability to interpret business requirements and design effective test scenarios, including boundary and edge cases.Hands-on experience with Playwright (preferred) or Selenium and automation frameworks such as POM, Hybrid, and Data-Driven.Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python for automation scripting.Experience with JIRA, Zephyr, Git, QMetry and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.Experience with API testing using Postman; knowledge of REST Assured is an advantage.Experience testing SaaS-based enterprise applications, preferably Vendor Management.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a quality-first mindset.Required Experience3–7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with expertise in both manual (Functional) and automation testing.Experience testing SaaS-based enterprise products, preferably multi-tenant, cloud-native applications.Experience working on workflow-driven platforms such as Vendor Management, Procurement, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions.Experience testing AI-enabled solutions and leveraging AI tools to improve test design, automation, and quality assurance processes. Exposure to implementing AI-driven testing practices is preferred.Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.Preferred ExperienceExperience testing SaaS-based Vendor Management or Procurement platforms such as SAP Fieldglass, Coupa, or similar enterprise workflow applications will be an added advantage.Soft SkillsStrong communication and collaboration skills.High attention to detail and commitment to product quality.Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.
