Your role involves recognizing changes in patients' conditions and acting as an advocate while ensuring safety and compliance with standards. You will work both independently and collaboratively within a team, maintaining professionalism and completing tasks in a timely manner. Weekend rotations are required, with shifts from 1900 to 0730.
