Central Maine Healthcare (CMH), a member of Prime Healthcare Foundation, is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving approximately 400,000 residents across central, western, and midcoast Maine through a network of more than 40 primary and specialty care locations. Position Highlights:

• Hospital Based Outpatient setting.

• EMR integrated with all Central Maine Healthcare providers

• Practice hours, Weekdays, 7 to 5:30.

• Individualized patient care.

• One-on-one sessions.

• No double booking, no dove tailing.

• Therapist driven schedule.

Responsibilities

Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders.

The Physical Therapist I performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
2. Current state Physical Therapy license
3. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
