Key Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments with a high degree of accuracy.
• Verify received materials against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and inventory audits.
• Utilize ERP systems and warehouse software to process inventory transactions.
• Coordinate shipments and select appropriate carriers to meet customer requirements.
• Organize warehouse inventory and ensure efficient material flow.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Load and unload materials while maintaining safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout warehouse operations.

Desired Qualifications

• 5+ years of Shipping & Receiving, Warehouse, or Inventory Control experience.
• Strong experience with cycle counting and inventory management.
• Previous experience using ERP systems (Epicor experience is highly preferred).
• Experience coordinating shipments, freight carriers, and logistics operations.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Experience operating forklifts is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.

Pay

$23.00-$25.00/hour based on experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Martinsburg, WV.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
