The ideal candidate has a strong background in Agile delivery, product operating models, and enterprise program governance, with the ability to collaborate across multiple vendors, global teams, and executive stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone with prior consulting experience who can bring structure, clarity, and executive-ready communication to a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end delivery of the offshore enablement initiative, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.Facilitate and manage Steering Committee meetings, providing clear updates, decisions needed, risks, and executive-level insights.Drive cross-functional collaboration across onshore and offshore teams, ensuring consistent communication, accountability, and issue resolution.Manage relationships and workstreams across multiple vendors, ensuring performance, alignment, and on-time deliverables.Execution & DeliveryOversee the intake and demand management process, ensuring requests are documented, prioritized, and delivered within scope.Track work completion, dependencies, risks, and status using Agile methodologies and tools.Manage integration of offshore teams into existing support models, ensuring readiness, documentation, and seamless operational handoffs.Monitor progress, elevate blockers, and ensure appropriate mitigation steps.Build compelling, data-driven executive presentations, simplifying complex concepts into clear narratives and decision-ready materials.Craft program updates, success metrics, and outcome reporting using PowerPoint, Power BI, and other enterprise tools.Communicate with clarity and confidence across senior leadership, technical teams, and vendor partners.Required Skills & Experience7–10+ years of Project/Program Management experience, ideally in large-scale enterprise environments.Strong familiarity with product operating models, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.Prior consulting experience, ideally with a Big Four firm (Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG) or equivalent top-tier consultancy.Demonstrated experience managing offshore teams, global delivery models, and multi-vendor environments.Proven ability to lead governance forums and Steering Committees, with strong meeting facilitation and stakeholder management.Exceptional PowerPoint skills with the ability to tell a crisp executive story and structure complex information.Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, or other reporting/visualization tools.Strong organizational skills with the ability to be highly proactive, detail-oriented, and thorough.Preferred QualificationsExperience in large technology organizations or technical support environments.Background in process optimization, demand management, or product development lifecycle.Familiarity with enterprise transformation or offshore transition programs.Executive presence with strong communication and influencing skills.Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and drive outcomes.Comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to evolving priorities.High ownership mindset, strong follow-through, and consistent reliability.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionProject ManagementIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting and Business Consulting and ServicesMedical insuranceVision insurance401(k)Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Optomi by 2xJ-18808-Ljbffr Optomi
