This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced dealmakers on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions while maintaining meaningful autonomy within a highly collaborative team environment.About the RoleIn this position, you will counsel privately held companies, entrepreneurs, and investment groups on a broad range of business transactions across multiple industries.
