Family Law Associate Attorney

DeWitt's Minneapolis, Minnesota, location is seeking a full-time associate attorney with an interest in family law, including custody, orders for protection, prenuptial agreements, and child support. Preference will be given to attorneys with two or more years of experience in family law, but we may consider the right person with fewer years of experience. The right person will be creative, curious, and patient. It is, after all, a family law position. A sense of humor is also a plus.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in Minnesota.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience in family law, including clerkships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
