Full-Time Sales Lead Fabletics is looking for a Full-Time Sales Lead for our upcoming location at Westfield Montgomery in Bethesda, MD. The Sales Lead will deliver an exceptional, customer‑centric experience while supporting both Sales & Operations. Leveraging cutting‑edge technology, you will create a seamless shopping journey between our website and retail stores. You will collaborate with the Store Manager, supervisors, and associates to help customers live their passion. How You’ll Play To Win Embody our culture and values and provide insight to customers on how to live their passion. Actively engage customers by sharing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products. Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects. Provide training and immediate feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations. Coordinate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team goals. Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience. Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer purchase journey. Participate in feeding back insights to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business. Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards. Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to customers and team members. Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals. Adhere to all safety and security standards and communicate potential issues. Unpack inventory boxes as required; boxes may weigh 10–30 lbs. What You Bring To The Team At least 1 year of retail experience; prior retail management experience is a plus. Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities. Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store. Ability to work with large teams. Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise. Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems. Self‑motivated, good communicator, and poised to bring out the best in others. Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure. Flexibility in work hours; open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays. Physical capability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing may be required. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Availability Willingness to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
