Healthcare AI Revenue Cycle Management - Manager

Manager, Healthcare AI Revenue Cycle Management to join our Provider Modernization Practice. Key Responsibilities Include Assess provider organization patient access and revenue cycle capabilities through site observations, stakeholder interviews, document reviews, and process mapping. Leverage AI tools to enhance revenue cycle and access functions, including EHR, CRM, payment management, process automation, and analytics. Design or redesign business processes incorporating AI, RPA, and IA to optimize efficiency, adapting to various circumstances using established methodologies. Facilitate program and project management activities, prepare engagement work papers, briefings, and status reports for healthcare clients. Conduct research, data collection, analysis, and develop narratives to support project deliverables and presentations. Manage and mentor internal teams, oversee performance reviews, and ensure project outcomes are achieved. Qualifications Include Minimum five years of consulting or industry experience in operations performance improvement or systems integration, with at least two years of supervisory experience. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, MIS, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience implementing AI tools across healthcare revenue cycle functions, analyzing large data sets, and utilizing analytics and visualization tools. Deep understanding of AI applications in scheduling, financial clearance, clinical documentation, patient flow, referral management, and analytics. Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with client-facing experience. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
