Join Aprio's Technology Advisory team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio Advisory Group, LLC is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Senior Associate, Data & AI Advisory | Data Solutions to join their dynamic team.

In this role you'll execute data solution workstreams with increasing independence, supporting requirements, data analysis, reporting, integration, testing, and documentation. This role translates business questions into usable data outputs and contributes to scalable analytics solutions. The role supports client adoption, solution acceptance, and delivery quality across engagements.

• Lead defined portions of discovery, data analysis, requirements gathering, reporting design, and solution validation.
• Develop data models, reports, dashboards, documentation, and client-ready analytics deliverables within assigned workstreams.
• Translate business questions into clear data definitions, reporting requirements, and validation approaches.
• Analyze data quality, integration dependencies, and reporting risks to inform delivery planning and solution acceptance.
• Support user adoption through documentation, training support, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate assigned workstreams, manage deliverable quality, and escalate project risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Identify improvement opportunities in data delivery assets, templates, and engagement methods.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in technology advisory, data, analytics, AI, automation, implementation, or consulting.
• Experience supporting client-facing projects, gathering requirements, documenting deliverables, and troubleshooting solution issues.
• Ability to work independently on defined workstreams while escalating risks, assumptions, and dependencies appropriately.

$100,000 - $130,000 a year

The salary range for this opportunity is stated above. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range.
