Associate Director, Group Lead, Data Management Reporting and Analytics

Associate Director role leading data management reporting and analytics within Pfizer's Global Business Unit. Responsibilities include managing complex projects, overseeing cross-functional teams and resources, developing data solutions, and partnering with leadership to support strategic objectives and clinical decision-making.

Responsibilities

Set objectives and oversee high-complexity projects within the Global Business Unit
Lead and allocate people, technology, and financial resources across functional areas
Develop solutions for complex data and operational challenges
Collaborate with business unit leadership to implement strategy and influence senior decisions
Assess talent needs, identify internal candidates, and hold managers accountable for team development

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 6+ years experience, or Master's with 5+ years, or PhD/JD with 1+ year, or MD/DVM
Pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, or regulatory agency experience
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and build cross-functional partnerships
Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and relevant data standards
Strong communication, decision-making, negotiation, and project management skills
Technical proficiency with relational databases and data visualization tools
Proven people management experience
