Location 2402 45th St, Galveston, TX 77550 Hourly Pay $19+/hour (based on experience) Benefits Healthcare Benefits available on the first day 401(k) retirement plan with company match, no waiting period required Company Profit-Sharing after 90 days of employment Holiday off: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, and Easter (store closed) Store Hours Monday to Saturday 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Sunday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Job Title Retail Team Leader (Key Holder) Responsibilities Open and close the store Assist with daily store operations and tasks Unload merchandise from delivery trucks, organize, and transfer from stockroom to store Maintain merchandise: product rotation, proper food handling, receiving, ensuring product quality Provide exceptional customer service – build relationships, problem‑solve, and drive sales Cash handling – bank deposits, change for cashiers, set and count down registers Help build and train the team; supervise sales associates in performance of their duties Qualifications 1–2 years of retail experience with progressively increasing responsibility Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and lift above shoulder height Flexible full‑time schedule: days, evenings, weekends, holidays Safe operation of power equipment: slicing equipment, walkie lifts, forklifts where applicable Occasional alarm call response during non‑working hours and shift flexibility at local stores Minimum age 18 High School Diploma or equivalent Successful pre‑employment checks, including drug screen and criminal background check Basic computer skills Equal Employment Opportunity All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, status as a protected veteran, or status as a qualified individual with disability.
