Retail Shift Leader

Job Title: Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) Location: 6107 Stewart, Galveston, Texas 77551 Pay range: $14.00/hr to $16.00/hr, based on experience. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service, build solid relationships with customers, promote sales, and make deals for a wide variety of pawn items. Process loans and extensions. Come to jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned. Perform opening and closing store procedures. Supervise and coach store Team Members. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test. Valid driver's license and auto insurance. Strong leadership, negotiation, organization, judgment, time‑management, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics is a plus. Sales background is a plus. Bilingual ability is a plus.
