Prevention Case Manager & Peer Support Specialist

Odyssey House Louisiana, Inc. is seeking a full-time Case Manager for the Prevention Program in Louisiana. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. This role is a full-time grant funded position under the Hepatitis C Elimination Initiative Pilot, supporting participants with medical, behavioral health, and social service systems.
