About this Role:

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to small and midsize businesses, providing industry-leading Kinetic products and services.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

• Prospect Engagement: Actively engage with prospective business clients daily to build rapport and generate new sales within your assigned market.
• Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor, nurturing long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet specific business needs.
• Sales Performance: Excel in a high-energy, performance-driven environment where exceptional customer service leads to high volume results.
• Territory Growth: Manage a designated territory, utilizing provided leads and self-prospecting techniques to hit monthly targets.

Do You Have? (Requirements):

• Self-Motivation: A strong "hunter" mentality with a focus on closing deals and building a professional network.
• Core Skills: Exceptional communication, time management, and presentation skills are essential for engaging business owners.
• Experience: 24 years of professional experience (Sales experience is a significant plus, but we prioritize a passion for relationship building and results).
• Education: College degree or equivalent professional-level experience (6+ years) required.
• Drivers License and Reliable Transportation
