Physician Assistant Opening

Job Description Our busy medical practice is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must be an organized, detail-oriented professional who is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a collaborative setting. You will work closely with our team of physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure that our patients receive the best possible medical care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for healthcare, and a desire to grow professionally. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work and imaging studies. Prescribe medications and other treatments based on patient needs Perform minor surgeries and other medical procedures as needed Assist physicians in the development of treatment plans for patients Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on health-related issues. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program Current certification as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants Active medical license in Delaware Expert knowledge of clinical practice guidelines and medical protocols Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Commitment to providing quality patient care and ensuring patient safety Job Type: Full Time Job Location: Delaware #J-18808-Ljbffr DHECoalition
