Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Hamilton, Ohio

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in our nursing team, working alongside our compassionate and experienced staff to deliver top-notch care.
We are currently seeking LPNs for the following shifts:
Full-time day shift (7am-7pm)
Full-time night shift (7pm-7am)
About the Role:
As an LPN at Hamilton Health Care Center, you will have the flexibility to pick up shifts while making a meaningful impact on our residents' lives. We are seeking dependable and compassionate nurses who bring genuine empathy, patience, and professionalism to every shift. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments, following protocols, reporting medical or behavioral changes, and documenting findings
Performing admission duties, managing discharges, and providing wound care
Leading CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies
Responding effectively to emergency situations
Requirements:
Current LPN License
