Security Sales Engineer

Role Overview:

This position will be responsible to assist the sales team and customers by identifying their needs and providing product, service or equipment technical information by answering questions and requests. Assist the Sales Team to relieve tasks which take away from potential selling time.

Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand technical product and service requirements. 
• Process work orders, check lists, contracts, CRM requirements and other tasks associated in the sales process. 
• Ability to assist in organization of installation and support activities of accounts. 
• Responsible to work with Sales Team and advise customers and potential customers on the best product fit for their business model needs. 
• Prepares cost estimates by reviewing sales proposals, checklists, and other related customer documents and consulting with other technical resources within the organization and with different vendors. 

• Ability to partner with Sales Team to assess current product offerings to determine systems requirements for customer inquiries, and when appropriate, to facilitate the upsell of other UAS products and services. 
• All other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science field.
• 6 years of technical experience or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Work Requirements:  

Position is considered sedentary and requires extended periods of PC exposure.
