Customer Service Representative/ Driver

Job duties include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, using proprietary technology, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, cleaning equipment and facility, and providing continued on-the-job training for new products. Good communication skills are essential for verbal and in-person order processing.

Essential functions/skills include accurate mathematical abilities, correct monetary change handling, strong verbal, writing, and telephone skills, motor coordination, and the ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Work conditions involve exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather, in-store temperature fluctuations, food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensing requirements include talking, hearing on the telephone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Temperaments include directing activities, performing repetitive tasks, working under stress, meeting quality control standards, dealing with people, analyzing data, making judgments and decisions. Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, driving, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, and hand tasks are also part of the job.

Machine, tools, equipment, and work aids include pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel. All employees must use Domino's technology, including the Driver app, Dominos Digital Shoulder surf (DSS), and the Domino's Car Side Delivery.
