First American is looking to add a Commercial Escrow Assistant to our growing commercial real estate team. In this role you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting supporting our Escrow team in a variety of ways including customer support and administrative duties. This position plays a key role in transforming commercial real estate experience by empowering our employees and customers to deliver next-generation solutions and results.What You'll Do:Assist in the escrow process for simple and complex commercial transactions such as preparing documents for closing, inputting closing statement information, and handling disbursement and follow-upCommunicate regularly with customers during the escrow process; adapts communication style as neededInterpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closingsWork with innovative technologies to enable escrow transactions and communicates with customers to provide a phenomenal customer experienceWhat You'll Bring:Exceptional at prioritizing time and workloads to meet established deadlinesPassionate about helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitudeExcellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers; uses various types of communication to meet customer expectations and build relationshipsProblem solver who has strong organizational skills, is detail oriented, and has a natural curiosity with an eagerness to learnThrives in contributing to a team where we come together to deliver beyond customer expectationsKnowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologiesHigh school diploma or equivalent1-3 years of escrow-related experience preferredPay Range: $18.46 - $24.63 HourlyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
