Staffing Coordinator

Position Overview: A healthcare facility is seeking a full-time Staffing Coordinator to support scheduling operations and ensure adequate staffing coverage. This position plays a key role in managing workforce logistics and maintaining smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed Create and manage staff schedules using scheduling software Monitor attendance and track lateness or call-outs Maintain and oversee timekeeping systems Track open positions and coordinate with recruitment as needed Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a professional manner Maintain organized and accurate databases and records Qualifications: Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with team members Professional, pleasant demeanor with a positive, can-do attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience handling general office operations and administrative tasks Availability to work weekends as required #J-18808-Ljbffr
