Job Description:
Experienced TIG Welder & Fabricator

Are you an experienced welder with an eye for detail and precision? We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team! In this role, you will assemble and construct high-quality metal products according to precise customer specifications. If you excel at reading blueprints, mastering TIG techniques, and maintaining top quality standards, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
Welding: Perform high-quality TIG welding
Blueprint Reading: Interpret complex blueprints and layout specifications to position, align, and fit metal parts accurately.
Quality Control: Use precision measuring toolsincluding calipers, micrometers, protractors, tape measures, and squaresto verify dimensions and ensure products meet strict Quality Control standards.
Equipment Operation: Set up and safely operate fabrication machinery such as drill presses, plasma cutters, grinders, torches, rolls, and band saws.
Safety & Maintenance: Follow all safety protocols, maintain an organized workspace, and safely move materials manually or with hoists/cranes.
Blueprint Expertise: Demonstrated capability to read, interpret, and work from technical drawings and welding blueprints.
Precision & Problem Solving: Excellent math skills, acute attention to detail, and sound logic for troubleshooting layout and fitment.
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand throughout the shift, frequently bend/twist, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
