Leading strategic communications for one of SNHU's critical portfolios, the full-time Senior Director of Communications will develop high-impact messaging strategies, serve as a senior advisor to leadership, and oversee a team to ensure effective communication aligned with institutional priorities in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Serve as a senior strategic advisor to the Chief Experience Officer, guiding messaging and change management Lead communication strategies for major institutional initiatives and oversee the development of comprehensive communications plans Supervise a team, providing coaching and professional development while ensuring best practices in communications are adopted Required qualifications 10 years of communications experience in student services, customer experience, or high-volume service environments Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field Demonstrated mastery in strategic communications and organizational change Proven leadership experience with a focus on supervision, coaching, and mentoring Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with strong interpersonal abilities Virtual Vocations Inc
