CUSTOMER SERVICE & OFFICE SUPPORT


Pay: $16.00-$18.00/hour
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM

About the Position


We are looking for a friendly, dependable person to join a fun, family-owned small business! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, interacting with customers, and having a variety of tasks throughout the day.


This position is not sitting at a desk all day doing the same thing . You'll have the opportunity to work with customers, assist in the showroom, help with office tasks, and move throughout different areas of the business.

Job Duties

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
• Greet customers as they arrive
• Direct customers to displays and products throughout the showroom
• Provide friendly face-to-face and phone customer service
• Provide bookkeeping support, including data entry for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Perform general computer and office tasks
• Use Microsoft Office programs
• Enter information accurately and pay close attention to detail
• Multitask and assist with various duties as needed
• Walk throughout the showroom and store departments

Physical Requirements


This position involves:

• Sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday
• Walking through the showroom and back store departments
• Bending and stretching
• Lifting up to 25 pounds
