As a Senior Principal Program Planning And Scheduling Analyst - Level 4 located in Chandler, AZ you'll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is on-site and does not offer teleworking or work from another location. The Program Planning Scheduling Analyst level will report to Scheduling Management and will perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis for multiple programs and contracts. In this role, the incumbent will make recommendations to solve problems, create presentation content and present to various levels of leadership and will interface with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, as well as the Program/Project Manager.

In this job, you will:

• Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives and ensure program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated.
• Create initial resource loaded Microsoft Project Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) with accurate schedule logic.
• Gather inputs from Control Account Managers (CAMs) to status the IMS monthly. Work with CAMs individually and in groups to analyze and potentially resolve schedule impacts.
• Complete baseline change requests (BCRs). Ensure BCRs are compliant.
• Conduct driving path and critical path analysis
• Perform Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs)
• Generate schedule related reports such as critical path Gantt charts, CEI/BEI metrics, headcount profiles, and giver/receiver reports.
• Present schedule data to internal and external customers.
• Maintain compliance to Earned Value Management System (EVMS) standards, IPMDAR (DI-MGMT-81861) requirements, and industry best practices.
• Perform schedule health checks and resolve issues as needed.
• Prepare for and participate in Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR), and internal and external audits
• Work with Finance team to ensure accurate cost and schedule integration.
• Provide informal training to program management, CAMs, business operations, and fellow scheduling personnel regarding scheduling compliance and best practices.
• Review and provide feedback on subcontractor schedules. Integrate schedule data while maintaining vertical traceability.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Other duties as assigned.

• Able to work on site in Chandler, Arizona.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling - OR - Master's degree with 6+ years of stated professional experience.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance
• Experience working in a Leadership capacity, including but not limited to: team lead, project lead or people leadership / managerial experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Proficient with scheduling software; Microsoft Project.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expert in Microsoft Project.
• Experience developing PowerBI Dashboards.
• Experience with resource loaded schedules.
• Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) experience and Schedule Management.
• Experience with running Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA).
• Experience leading teams
