Operates systems/methodologies in order to produce timely and accurate data for patients, quality control and proficiency testing. Reports clinical data accurately and efficiently is expected. Participates in departmental development by demonstrating operational knowledge and adhering to regulatory standards. Communicates effectively and working cooperatively with team members to optimize job performance and foster working relationships.Follows standard protocol for patient/donor identification and specimen/blood product labeling including final verification.
