Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Sales Analyst to join our dynamic team in Janesville, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing insights that drive our financial strategies. If you have a passion for finance and sales, along with strong analytical skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that enhance revenue and profitability.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives and campaigns.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes based on sales performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales processes and efficiency.
- Conduct market research to support sales strategies and identify competitive advantages.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and financial transactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales analysis or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data visualization tools is a plus.
