The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve as a Data Coordinator/Secretary. Position Overview:

• Serves as Data Coordinator/Secretary.
• Prepares various forms and reports of team statistics, exercising judgment in conducting involved searches by accessing various sources of information.
• Serves as secretary to the unit. Utilizing the ability to integrate applications and prepare comprehensive reports, data tables, charts, and graphs, develops weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for the Administrator.
• Provides general clerical support for the Administrator as assigned.
• Serves as timekeeper. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires knowledge skill and mental development equivalent to two years of secretarial/business college or completion of high school and two years of related office experience or two years of independent business experience.
• Conditions of Employment: Requires ability to pass a background check and self-disclosure of criminal history.
