Program Specialist I (ABA)

Summary The Program Specialist I, assumes the primary caretaker role for patients in CSC ABA programs (Behavior Disorders Clinic and Autism Services) which includes delivering therapy protocols, maintaining a safe environment, and the management of harmful behaviors. The Program Specialist I also participates in data collection, training, and team collaboration. Location Child Study Center Department Autism Services Shift First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours 40 Summary The Program Specialist I, assumes the primary caretaker role for patients in CSC ABA programs (Behavior Disorders Clinic and Autism Services) which includes delivering therapy protocols, maintaining a safe environment, and the management of harmful behaviors. The Program Specialist I also participates in data collection, training, and team collaboration. Education/Experience High school Diploma. Experience in ABA therapy settings or special education settings is strongly preferred. Pediatric experience preferred. Licensure/Certification Heartsaver CPR and CSC SCM training must be completed within 60 days of start date.
