Primary task will be to enter new candidates into Power app tool designed specifically for engineering students and graduates hiring (data entry). Training will be available for the tool. Other tasks will be to support the Talent Acquisition team with screening candidates and assist with large volume recruiting and hiring. Payrate: $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Typical task breakdown: As candidates pass screening, enter them into Power App tool developed specific to engineering function Support Talent Acquisition team with screening and other tasks as needed Education & Experience Required: Years of experience: 3-4 years of recruitment/human resources job-related experience. Degree requirement: College or university degree and/or equivalent experience. Top 3 Skills: Attention to detail Learner Initiative Additional Technical Skills: Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, etc.) Data entry Soft Skills: Learner Communication Initiative Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $20.00 - $22.00/hr .Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
