Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our team, supporting Resource Industries at our Mossville, IL location. This is a 100% onsite role requiring 5 days a week in the office, with no exceptions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in organizational change management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure the smooth transition of organizational initiatives.
• Conduct impact assessments and identify potential barriers to change.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute change management plans, including communication, training, and support initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align change initiatives with business goals.
• Utilize tools like Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Suite to document and manage change-related activities.
• Monitor and evaluate the success of change initiatives, making adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in organizational change management, preferably as a dedicated Change Manager rather than a Project Manager performing some change management tasks.
• Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree (4-year degree preferred; a 2-year degree with significant additional experience may be considered).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Office Suite.
• Previous experience with Caterpillar is highly preferred but not required.

Additional Requirements

• Candidates must be local to the Peoria, IL area or willing to relocate at their own expense.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week without exceptions.
