Manufacturing Supervisor

Are you an experienced manufacturing leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment? We are looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in driving safety, quality, productivity, and team performance .


In this role, you will work closely with the Manufacturing Manager while leading a team of hourly production employees and helping ensure daily production goals are met safely and efficiently.


What You'll Do

• Lead and support hourly production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Manage people and material resources to meet daily production goals.
• Monitor productivity, staffing levels, and production performance.
• Prepare and maintain production reports.
• Identify and address repetitive failures and production misses.
• Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Ensure employees properly wear required PPE throughout their shifts.
• Coach employees on safe work practices and correct unsafe behaviors.
• Monitor production lines to ensure products meet quality and customer specifications.
• Coach employees on food-safe production practices and GMP compliance.
• Delegate and monitor cleaning responsibilities.
• Work closely with Manufacturing Management to improve production performance.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience working with inventory or ERP systems.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing terminology and processes.
• Knowledge of production, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a must!

Physical Requirements


This is an active, hands-on manufacturing leadership position. Candidates must be able to:

• Remain on their feet for 10-12 hours .
• Lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted .
• Reach, bend, kneel, and climb while performing repetitive tasks.
• Work in both hot and cold environments.
• Properly wear required PPE for the entire shift.
• Quickly respond to alarms, noises, odors, visual hazards, and other workplace alerts.
