Client Operations Consultant Location: Remote within Los Angeles, CA Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Compensation: Project-based or monthly retainer, depending on experience About the Opportunity A growing luxury hospitality and client services organization is seeking an experienced Client Operations Consultant to support operational execution, client experience processes, and revenue workflow optimization. This role is ideal for an independent consultant who enjoys creating structure, improving client journeys, streamlining operational processes, and supporting business growth through effective coordination and execution. The successful candidate will work alongside ownership and key stakeholders to improve operational efficiency while helping ensure a seamless experience from client inquiry through completed service delivery. Scope of Work The consultant may support: Lead and inquiry workflow optimization Client qualification processes Property and service matching recommendations Contract and documentation coordination Client communication systems Revenue pipeline reporting and visibility Operational workflow improvements Guest and concierge experience recommendations Escalation and issue-resolution processes Process documentation and standardization KPI tracking and reporting recommendations Cross-functional coordination support Qualifications Experience in hospitality, luxury services, client operations, property management, or business operations Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously Strong problem-solving capabilities Ability to work independently and deliver results Ideal Consultant You are: Process-driven Highly organized Detail-oriented Proactive Client-focused Solutions-oriented Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders You bring expertise, recommendations, and execution support while maintaining the independence expected of a professional consultant.
