Your Impact

We're looking for an IPM Lead to manage pest control and growth tasks in our cannabis cultivation facility. You'll lead a team, keep plants healthy, and ensure a clean, safe workspace while meeting regulations. This role needs a detail-oriented leader passionate about teamwork and efficiency.

What You'll Do (Personnel Duties, Authority, and Responsibilities)

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other responsibilities and projects may be assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.

• Handle growth tasks like spraying, root drenches, nutrient management, waste disposal, and inventory.
• Prevent pests and diseases (e.g., mold, mites, aphids) with guidance from managers.
• Use a schedule with natural pest controls to keep plants healthy and costs low.
• Keep the workspace clean and follow safety and industry rules.
• Provide clear, timely reports to the cultivation management team.
• Guide the team in spraying, scouting, using beneficial insects, and updating pest traps.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Take on other tasks as required.

What You Bring (Qualifications):

• 1–2 years of pest management experience in cultivation.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience.
• Private Pest Applicator license (preferred).
• Able to enforce safety and security rules.
• Flexible and organized, with strong documentation skills.
• Can manage tight schedules and perform tasks consistently.

The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
