Overview
Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (L&D) travel assignment in Los Angeles, California. Start date August 10, 2026 for a 13-week contract. Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (3x12). Weekly pay range: $2,531–$2,663 per week. Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines while using critical thinking and independent judgment.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesia providers, and support services to ensure safe, high-quality care throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum processes.
- Document patient responses, administer medications as ordered, monitor fetal status, and respond to changes in patient condition with appropriate interventions.
- When assigned to Float Pool duties, adhere to unit-specific policies, including clocking in to the unit being worked and accounting for education/non-productive hours as required.

Requirements
- Active RN license (California) in good standing.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a 3x12 schedule in a labor and delivery setting.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver L&D nursing care and to supervise and coordinate care across a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with Float Pool unit procedures and clock-in requirements when assigned to a unit.
- Available to start August 10, 2026 and commit to a 13-week assignment.
