The Role You willbe responsible fortheleading theday‑to‑daymanagementof our CAD system and its integration withour Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. You will work directly with theengineering end users, our softwareproviders, and our internalITSystemsteam. You will be the leadsubject matterexpertandsuccessownerforthetechnical communication withexternalsoftware vendorsand integrators, and you willbe responsible forthe success of implementing upgrades, customizations, and addressing any issueswith the implementation. Responsibilities Drive andcontribute to improvements in PLM processes and the resulting changes in NX and supported CAD systems, including vendor selection, integrations, and system architecture Collaboratewith users to develop/update tool customizations to improve system efficiency and product developmenttimelines Leadthe development and maintenance of common parts and features Create and manage templates and best practices tomaintainconsistency and high quality acrossallofthedesign teams Provide a robust CAD operating environment through promptly responding to user requests for support Administer and support user access, permissions, and licensing to provide secure access to NX and supported CAD systems Lead day‑to‑day server and database performance monitoring while working with IT team for long term growth planning Supportand providetraining to new and existing staff, Create andmaintaindocumentation for user support processes, including onboarding and compliance Develop and deploy proprietary and 3rd party NX and Teamcenter Tools Qualifications 5+yearsofexperiencesupporting CAD/PLM for a hardware engineering team Experience with implementation of CAD integration on Siemens NX and Teamcenter PLM Experience with developing tools, automations,and custom configurations in NX and Teamcenter Experience with creating andmaintaining templates, libraries, and user best practices Demonstratedstrongknowledge of CAD modeling, drawing creation, and drafting processes Nice to Have Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field with experience in developing, documenting, and training to CAD standards, including formal drafting standards and modeling standards. Experience with Altiumproducts, ECAD/MCAD collaboration, andassociatedintegrations Experience with thedrafting, thepractical application of GD&T,andhardwareinspections Experience with design for metallic machined, composite, and tooling structures Experience with MES, MRP, and other production systems Experience with NX Open Experience with Oracle or SQL Server databases Independent and self-motivated mindset, with strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills Compensation and Benefits Base salary range for this role is$120,000 - $160,000+ equity in the company Salary will be based on several factors including, but not limitedto:knowledge and skills, education, and experience level Comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, paid parental leave, and many otherperks If you don’t meet 100% of the preferred skills and experience, we encourage you to still apply!
