About the Role:
Join Noble Therapy NY as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to supervise MFT limited permit holders in Brooklyn, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to guide emerging professionals while making a positive impact on the community through mental health support.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor MFT limited permit holders in their clinical practice.
• Provide regular feedback and support to enhance therapeutic skills and techniques.
• Conduct individual and group supervision sessions to promote professional development.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and state regulations.
• Facilitate case discussions and provide insights on client treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of supervision activities and client progress.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to create a supportive environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Current LMFT license in New York State.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in marriage and family therapy.
• Experience supervising or mentoring early-career therapists preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice and professional growth.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of current therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
