This position is based at our highly successful East Cobb location, which has been open for over 10 years and has an established customer base.

Service Advisor

Duties :
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and addressing their needs
- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar
- Communicate with customers about their vehicle's service needs and provide accurate estimates
- Advise customers on necessary repairs and maintenance based on vehicle inspections
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries

Note : Experience as an Automotive Service Adviser is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
