Muncie Power Products is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our Tulsa, OK on-site HR operations. The role focuses on employee relations, performance management, compliance, training and HR administration to enhance the employee experience. You will partner with leaders to address performance concerns, manage HR records, assist with recruitment, and ensure compliance with employment laws while maintaining confidentiality in a manufacturing environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
