HR Business Partner (Healthcare)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support leaders and employees in a healthcare environment. This role will focus on employee relations, workforce planning, HR initiatives, investigations, compliance, and strategic HR support.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders on workforce planning and employee relations matters
Conduct employee investigations and provide recommendations
Analyze workforce data and identify trends/opportunities
Advise management on HR policies, best practices, and employment laws
Support HR programs, projects, and organizational initiatives
Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements
Create reports, gather data, and support HR operations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices
