Operations Manager

Job Overview Our WW Operations network delivers millions of packages and smiles to Amazon customers every day. We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Operations Manager to lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly talent. The manager will maintain safety, quality, attendance, and performance, drive productivity and efficiency through data‑driven decisions, and ensure customer orders are delivered on time. Key Responsibilities Support, mentor, and motivate a salaried and hourly workforce Lead large‑scope projects with site and regional impact Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews, determining productivity requirements, and load balancing with other leaders Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, and other support teams to develop plans to meet business objectives Perform manual handling (lift up to 49 pounds, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach) and stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts Work in environments with variable noise, temperatures, weather, stairs, and loading departments Basic Qualifications 3+ years of employee and performance management experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience (blue badge/FTE) Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience Experience managing a team of 2+ salaried employees and 70+ indirect employees Experience scoping, leading, and implementing process improvements through Lean, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent customer‑service, communication, and interpersonal skills Track record of meeting or exceeding department performance goals A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field Experience in manufacturing, automotive, biotech, electronics, energy, instrumentation, machinery, defense/aerospace, medical, cosmetics, production, or distribution environments Benefits The base salary range for this position is $91,000 – $136,500 annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and location.
