Patient Services Representative

What you will be doing as the Patient Services Representative: Main point of contact for all patients. Interact with all patients as they enter, leave, or request assistance within any of the facilities. Exemplify customer service while ensuring each patient interaction is handled with care. Coordinate patient check in. Schedule follow up appointments. Answer phones. Take insurance. Manage scheduling changes. Handle registration and insurance verification. Obtain authorizations and pre‑certifications. Collect copays. Maintain accurate patient records. Ensure HIPAA compliance. What you will need as the Patient Services Representative: High School Diploma or GED - Minimum Required; Associates Degree - Preferred Degree. EPIC experience is required. 6 months+ of healthcare experience. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work independently. Excellent interpersonal skills.
