Automating work and transforming workflows, Trimble is enabling teams to deliver with confidence at every turn.What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will act as the mastermind turning regional sales strategies into high-yield pipeline opportunities, owning the end-to-end planning, activation, and execution of localized field events ranging from executive roundtables and VIP dinners to workshops and partner co-marketing initiatives.Key Exciting Responsibilities:Assist with the end-to-end management of various event types, including hosted field events, client hospitality events, road shows, etc.Collaborate with sales and other teams to ensure seamless event coordination and effective lead follow-up.Help track and analyze event performance against key metrics.Support the development and oversight of event budgets and assist with vendor contract negotiations.Ensure consistent brand representation and messaging across all event touchpoints.Essential Skills & Experience:Bachelor's degree preferably in Business or equivalent experience in lieu of a degreeMinimum of 1-2 years of event planning experienceExperience collaborating and cultivating strong cross-functional working relationshipsEffective time and project management skills, strong attention to detail, accuracy, and presentation skillsAdaptable and able to make changes quickly and efficientlyAbility to attend events as neededBonus Points For:Experience in localized field marketing within the technology or construction software industry.Proven track record of managing localized budget tracking and vendor negotiations.Logistics:Location: In Office (Westminster, CO; Lake Oswego, OR; Portsmouth, NH; or Atlanta, GA)Travel Requirement: As needed for eventsWhy You'll Love Working With Us At Trimble, we're not just a company that "does good"—we are a team dedicated to making a tangible, positive Real-World Impact. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
