Lead HVAC InstallerEric C. We hire skilled HVAC professionals to focus on what they do best: solving problems, building quality systems, and taking care of customers.If you are tired of the corporate atmosphere and want to work for a company that values craftsmanship, quality, and pride in your work, we would like to hear from you.What You'll DoAs an HVAC Installer, you will primarily work on residential HVAC projects, including custom installations in high-end homes.Your responsibilities will include:Install and assist with the installation of fully ducted heat pump and air conditioning systemsInstall ductwork and HVAC equipment according to project specificationsWork on custom residential HVAC projects that require attention to detail and problem-solvingRead and interpret plans, layouts, and job specificationsInstall and connect HVAC components and related equipmentTroubleshoot installation and system issuesPerform service, maintenance, and repair work as neededEnsure installations meet company quality and workmanship standardsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized job siteCommunicate effectively with homeowners, builders, subcontractors, and team membersContinue developing your skills through hands-on and formal trainingWhat We're Looking ForRequirements3+ years of HVAC experience preferredStrong experience installing ducted HVAC systemsExperience with heat pumps, central air conditioning, furnaces, air handlers, and related equipmentExperience installing or working with residential ductworkAbility to read plans and understand HVAC layoutsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and quality workmanshipAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license and good driving recordProfessional communication and customer service skillsPreferred QualificationsEPA CertificationAdditional HVAC licenses or certificationsExperience with custom or high-end residential constructionSheet metal and ductwork experienceCompensation & Benefits$40 to $50 per hour, depending on experience and skill levelFour weeks off between paid holidays and PTOHealth, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with company matchThree-day weekends all summer - During June, July, and August, our team works four 10-hour days, giving you a three-day weekend every week.Company summer events - At least once each summer, employees enjoy a paid half-day followed by food, drinks, and time together as a team.Paid training and opportunities to learn about new products and technologiesCompetitive pay and overtime opportunitiesA stable, family-owned company serving Massachusetts since 1978The opportunity to work on unique, custom residential projects rather than repetitive high-volume developmentsBuild Something You're Proud OfThe best part of working in the trades is being able to look at a completed project and know that your skill and craftsmanship helped bring it to life.At Eric C.
